The Fort Garry/Fort Rouge Twins of the Manitoba Major Junior Hockey League (MMJHL) require a video coach for the 2026/27 season.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Video Coach to support our junior hockey team throughout the season. You’ll help coaches and players use video and performance data to prepare for games, review performance, and identify opportunities for development.

Location: Winnipeg
Position type: Seasonal - October to April
Reports to: Head Coach

Responsibilities

• Film practices and games, and organize footage for review.
• Prepare game, shift, and player clips for coaches and team meetings.
• Use the team’s subscription service, which will be provided, to support video breakdown and analysis.
• Help identify patterns in team and opponent play, including special teams and individual player habits.
• Collaborate with the coaching staff on pre-game preparation and post-game review.
• Maintain an organized library of video and analysis materials.

Qualifications

• Experience with hockey video analysis, coaching, or team operations is an asset.
• Familiarity with Hudl Instat or similar video-analysis platforms is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate observations clearly and work well with players and staff.
• Flexible availability for games, practices, and occasional travel.
